morning hours of Sunday, March 8, 2015 in New York City
The cause of death was a heart attack, according to his daughters Laura Solomon and Lena Soloff. “Dad had more friends than anyone I know. He was so loved by so many. His life overflowed with people who cared about him,” stated Ms. Solomon. A private funeral service is planned for Monday, March 9, 2015.
